ಹೊಸ ವಸ್ತು ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಆವಿಷ್ಕರಸಿ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವುದು.
ಹಾಗೆ 20 ಮಂದಿ ರೈತರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೋಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ 1 ಎಕರೇ ಭೂಮಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟು.
ಬೆಳೆ ಬೆಳೆಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಹೊಸ ಬೆಳೆ ಹೊಸ ಪದ್ದತಿ ಹೊಸ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗೆ .
ಸ್ಫರ್ಧೆ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವುದು.
ಪ್ರಪಂಚ ಗೌರವ ಪಡುವ. ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ,ಪದವಿದರ,ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು,ರೈತರು.
