8:00PM

It's 2:30 in the midnight and the housemates haven't managed to sleep yet. While a few find others snore irritating, a few other are irritated by others talking.

8:05PM

Sonu tells that she wasn't able to sleep last night due to Kavitha's and Nayana's chatter. Rashmi steps in and tries to sort out the differences. Sonu continues to talk about her sleepless night with Ravi and Anand. All of them are of the opinion that others should not talk in the bedroom after the lights go off. They decide to gather all housemates later in the day and talk about the same.

8:10PM
Naveen continues entertaining other housemates with his musical skills for the second consecutive day. Sonu is seen expressing her disappointment with Kavitha for questioning her yesterday about her language. She is of the opinion that Kavitha has shamed Kannada.

8:15PM
The nomination task continues - Anand presses the buzzer and chooses Sneha to go face to face with.
Anand says he deserves to stay in the house because he is a common man, represents the BMTC and can put in all the effort required to perform the tasks.
Sneha hits back saying she has decided not to stay attached to her personality and is here to contest and fight as an individual. She will continue to be a genuine contestant throughout the show period.

It's time to view the votes and Anand gets nominated. Seems like Bigg Boss realized contestants are deciding their votes based on the votes of other contestants - hence. they now have a written board on which they need to tick against the name of the contestant they decide to nominate before Bigg Boss asks them to stand.

Adam says it's the first time he's sharing spaces like washrooms with so many people and is a different experience for him.

8:20PM
It's time for next round of nomination task - Nayana v/s Rakesh.
Nayana is an ex-contestant of a reality show and everyone know her energy. She wants to host a travel show after his show and hence, says shes needs experiences from this house to do the same.
Rakesh says he's a factor in the house to ease out the tensions in the house and hence, is needed in the house.

Nayana gets 11 vote outs and is hence nominated.

8:30PM
Bathroom problems, kitchen problems and toilet problems get discussed at length. Each of them have their own problems and every problem is hit back with another problem.
Andy has problems with the quantity of food.
Jayshree, Kavitha and Nayana have problems with the toilet seat being left wet by the other contestants.
They also have problems with other housemates leaving their dishes unwashed in the sink.
Dhanraj tries to tell Andy why there wasn't enough food last night.

8:40PM
Rashi tells Andy that he the way he spoke about food problems was not right. Andy says, he's not getting sufficient amount of food and asks the kitchen department to cook extra food. Jayshree says it's the first time she's cooking for so many people and hence, is not getting the quantity right.
Adam and Rakesh discuss Rashmi's competitiveness. They feel Rashmi is not being genuine and has already started playing games on Day 2 itself.
Adam, Jayshree and Ravi discuss emotionally strong and weak contestants in the home. They feel Murali is extremely strong. Adam tells Jayshree is generous, not cunning and knows really good Kannada and is hence a very strong contestant. Adam openly says he'll play double games in the home as that is the nature of the competition.

8:45PM
Naveen presses the nomination buzzer and chooses Murali as his opponent.
Murali starts off first and explains why he deserves to stay in the house. He says, the opponents themselves will see his competence in candidness, wit and will to do things.
Performer, has won a lot of hearts in Karnataka and will do every errand in Bigg Boss better than Murali.
Adam questions both of them why they did not talk to him on the first two days. Naveen says he was unsure of how to address him and hence, could not talk to him on the first two days. Murali says, he hadn't found the time to talk to Adam and hence, hadn't spoken.
Murali receives 11 vote outs and is hence nominated.

8:50PM
Ravi complements Adam's oratory skills and says he voted based on the question that he asked the contestants.
It's time for Rakshita v/s Dhanraj. Rakshita says she does not connect with anyone personally and hence, is here to survive in this house. Dhanraj says he's brilliant and can play a mindful game.
Rakshitha receives 11 vote outs and is nominated for evictions.

9:05PM
The last buzzer sounds, and it's time for Akshata v/s Jayshree.
Akshata is of the opinion that her acting skills and form is different from that of Jayshree and is here to portray it. She believes in unity in diversity, whether it comes to dress or food. She can cook multiple cuisine dishes and explore various aspects in Bigg Boss house. She can't be judged by anyone, is friendly with everyone and outspoken.
Jayshree thinks she's being challenged by Akshata and says she can act in any form given to her with enough practice. Regarding food, she said, 'You name it, I'll cook it'. Also, she says she's a comfort dresser and does not like to overdress in this house as she's here to depict her real life behind the scenes and not her screen performances. Jayshree says Kannada is her forte and English words are used during regular conversations and one shouldn't be penalized for it. Jayshree is here to represent artists - the struggle behind every actors life! She's here to prove herself and her individualism.

9:20PM
Since Jayshree said she's here to represent artists, Rashmi questions if she'll donate the money she wins in the show to other artists. Jayshree strikes back saying she owns a production house and hence can help multiple artists on winning. Rashmi refuses to accept that answer.

Akshata receives 8 votes against her and is hence nominated for eviction. Sonu's vote is disqualified since she tries to play foul.

Adam and Rakesh discuss groups that have sprung up at the end of two days.

8:00PM

Naveen expresses his confusion about Adam's sexuality and gender while Rakesh clears his confusions.

8:05PM

Bigg Boss plays 'Nanna neenu gallalare' to wake the contestants up. All housemates happily dance. All housemates gather around the table to divide responsibilities of kitchen and cleaning among themselves.

Andrew discusses washroom cleanliness problems with Rashi and Adam.

8:10PM

Bigg Boss calls Ravi to the confession room and explains the nomination task. The first to press the buzzer placed in the middle of the house gets to choose his/her opponent. Both of them battle out and explain why they deserve to survive in the house. Based on the votings of other housemates, the nominations of the week are decided.

8:15PM

The first to press the buzzer in the nomination task is Shashi Kumar. He chooses Reema as his opponent.

Sonu Patil tells a few other housemates about her hardships in life. Poverty, hunger, sick father, sale of her mother's mangalsutra, bank loan - recollecting them, Sonu gets emotional.

8:20PM

It's time for battle number 1 - Shashi Kumar v/s Reema.

Shashi Kumar defends himself explaining his motive of uplifting agriculture, opening a dance school and inspiring the youth to take up agriculture. He says he chose Reema because he got to see her introduction video and hence knows her the best amongst all housemates.

Reema strikes back saying Shashi's trying to play safe and is calculative. Reema defends herself telling she's bold, strong and not what Shashi thinks she is. She says she is candid and not fake here. She claims to be entertaining, spontaneous and does not believe the stories told by other but will judge people based on how they compete in there.

Andrew questions Shashi if he is using his profession as a defence strategy.

8:30PM

It's time for voting of housemates - both contestants receive 8 vote outs and hence, both get nominated.

Jayshree asked Andrew to not speak out of turn during the nomination task. Rashmi took offence as she feels they're bringing in their personal relationships while the tasks are on. She feels all contestants must play as individuals during the tasks.

8:40PM

Adam shows a gift he received from his first boyfriend with whom he lived in a relationship for 8 years. He also mentions the racist comments his boyfriend made about him while breaking up.

Reema is seen crying - she tells that she's happy that she's on television and hence the tears. Adam finds these reasons stupid.

Rashmi is the next contestant to press the nomination buzzer - she chooses Andrew to go face to face against.

8:45PM

Adam is seen explaining sexuality to Andrew and rubbishes stereotypes about homosexuals.

Later Andrew talks to himself and encourages himself to stay candid in the face-to-face session planned later for the day.

8:50PM

Naveen is seen entertaining the contestants telling a folktale.

When he's asked to sing one of his famous songs, he refuses to do so - he says he'll sing it when time demands him to. Anyways, it's still day 1.

8:55PM

It's time for a faceoff between Rashmi and Andrew.

Rashmi brings up the discussion that happened between her, Andrew and Jayashree a couple of hours ago. She claims Andy is not genuine enough. She thinks he's in a facade and is not honest with his emotions yet in this house. Andy hits back stating Rashmi orchestrated the entire episode and stitched these events together to her advantage in this task.

Rashmi further states that she's candid, entertaining and honest with her emotions in this house.

Andy says, he's not here to entertain people - he's here to portray his personality to the world and be himself.

During the voting period, 12 of them vote against Andy and is hence nominated.

9:10PM

It's now Ravi going head on head against Kavitha. Ravi says he's here to entertain people and be a trailblazer for other bodybuilders across Karnataka. Hence, he believes he should be given an opportunity to survive in this house.

Kavitha thinks she can perform much better than Ravi and hence, she deserves to stay.

Sonu, while questioning Ravi says he's not mentioning anything unique about himself - all other housemates can also do all tasks. Sonu speaking behalf of the entire house made Ravi extremely angry. They have a bit of a spat. Kavitha also highlights that she was much more patient during this entire spact and hence, deserves to stay in the house.

14 housemates nominate Ravi and is hence nominated for evictions.

9:20PM

Adam comes out dressed in his feminine clothing while others look over. It's now time for Sonu v/s Adam. While Sonu presents her side of the story of being a farmer's daughter and a dancer, Adam tells he's here to represent the LGBT community and wants to help his other friends in Karnataka come out too. When Sonu tries to use her literacy in Kannada to her advantage, Kavitha points out that other housemates are finding it equally difficult to understand her Kannada accent and hence, is nothing to boast about.

At the end of the discussion, both get 8 vote outs and hence, both are nominated.

6:00PM

Sudeep descends from the sky, in style, while the crane lands him in the garden area of the new Bigg Boss house that is glistering to its fullest. He frolics to the tunes of a song from his latest blockbuster, 'The Villain' with other dancers. His costume looks totally elegant - full black with a white waistcoat on - can the black and white combination ever go wrong on, specially on the absolutely classy Kiccha Sudeep? :)

6:05PM

Sudeep explains why he's starting from the garden area this year. He says, he realized that he was emotionally attached to the home only after it was gutted in a fire accident last year. He starts his home tour showing a new addition to the garden area, an unique tree and explains how it could take up multiple personas based on the scenario. He also shows the bedroom, the kitchen, the large yellow couch and his television in the living area, the keyhole themed confession room and another addition to the house, the makeup room.

6:10PM

Sudeep welcomes his viewers from the main stage that looks absolutely stunning with the blue and red combination. He also welcomes his three guests, Arun Sagar, runner up of season 1, Shruthi, winner of season 3 and Nivedita Gowda, finalist of season 5 who'll give their opinion about the contestants.

6:15PM

The first contestant of season six is a commoner, Sonu Patil from Bagalkot, Uttara Karnataka. She is known as Bagalkote's Pataka. She flirts with Sudeep and requests for a stool to match his height. They also talk to her grandmother who is 94 and loves Sudeep. They also discuss language problems that could probably arise due to the different accents. She says she'll try to tackle them and sort out differences if any. Saying she'll get others to align with her line of thought, she enters the Bigg Boss house.

6:30PM

As soon as she enters the home, she enters the gym and starts lifting heavy weights. She salutes to each camera and names each of them.

The second contestant to enter the house is Andrew.

6:40PM

Andrew, nicknamed 'Andy' is obese and claims that he can't stay hungry for long. The focus of the entire conversation with Sudeep was food. His father who was a soldier in the army requests Sudeep to reduce his son's weight by the time he returns. Andy requests Sudeep not to scold him if situations demand him to steal food.

6:50PM

Andrew enters the home and starts stealing apples and other fruits but later realizes that he has no place to hide them.

7:00PM

Jayshree of Mayamruga fame is the third contestant to enter the home. She talks about her personal experiences and struggle in her introduction video. Jayshree is advised by her family to not live in illusions and to not get too emotional. She is on a journey to rediscover herself, and hence Bigg Boss, is what she tells Sudeep when he questions, 'Why Bigg Boss?'. T N Seetharam sends in a special video byte wishing her the best!

7:15PM
The next contestant is M J Rakesh, aged 35, who's been a host, radio jockey and is known for his work with Pro Kabaddi, Indian Premier League, etc. He's still unmarried and is exploring his work and relationships. He is a non-Kannadiga, but says he's a proud Kannadiga from his heart. A special entry into the home has been planned for him.

7:30PM
M J Rakesh descends into the home with an ON AIR board on the crane stand. Halfway down the journey the crane stops descending and hence he's literally 'ON AIR' now. All contestants introduce each other, with him flying in air.

7:40PM
The next housemate, is Murali of Oggarane Dabbi fame. He was the host of the cookery show and has had the bonus of tasting upto 6000 dishes. He reveals that he does not know cooking at all and can only comment about food served to him.

7:50PM
The next contestant to enter the home is Akshata Pandavapura from National School of Drama and Neenasam. She's won an award for being the best supporting actress too. She says Bigg Boss is a learning experience for her and is an important step in her life.

8:10PM
Akshata enters the Bigg Boss house and discusses food, cooking and profession.
The seventh contestant to enter the home is Rakshita Rai, a cricketer. She's a huge fan of M S Dhoni and claims she can also play the helicopter shot. She enters the stage dressed as an Indian cricketer. She thinks she does not connect with people emotionally and hence, will stand out in this home. She left home to continue her studies and hasn't spoken to her family members for a couple of years now.

8:20PM
M J Rakesh is still in air, while Rakshita enters and tours the home with Andy. The three seniors claim it'll difficult for her to survive in the home.

8:30PM
The next contestant is the exceptionally talented R J Rapid Rashmi, who is known for her unique voice, candid comments and Karnataka's first live online show, The Rapid Rashmi Show. She's here to play, does not care about the money involved, will miss her studio and will win friends who love kindness. Her strength and weakness is her locution. Her husband bids farewell to her on the main stage and wishes her all the best.

8:45PM
Rashmi enters the house in reverse gear but the housemates recognize her voice. Everyone's seen touring the home with Andy.

8:50PM
Bangalore's first drag queen, Adam Pasha, gay by sexual orientation is the next contestant. Seems like Bigg Boss truly believes in inclusivity! :)
He gives one of his drag queen performances and strikes a conversation with Sudeep. With Section 377 struck down, he thanks Colors Super for giving him an opportunity. He wants to inspire more and more gay men to come out of their closets. He in good faith mentioned, 'if you do not believe and love yourself, no one else will'. As Sudeep mentioned, if truly spoken from your heart, Bigg Boss will listen to everyone's stories. But will the housemates care to listen is a question to be answered in the days to come!

Adam entered the home and a couple of contestants seem a little moved and confused. He shares his story with other housemates and tells everyone the differences between drag queens, transgenders and gay men. Rakesh is further descended and allowed to enter the Bigg Boss house.

9:20PM
The next contestant is Kavitha Gowda, popularly known as 'Chinnu' for her performances in Lakshmi Baramma. She says she's a little emotional but her mother says she's extremely strong. She's challenged by Arun Sagar to lift her mother and carry her around the stage. She takes up the challenge and tries to do it.

9:25PM
Kavitha Gowda enters the home and is greeted as Chinnu. While Shruthi and Arun Sagar feel she'll be able to make it only upto 50 days, Niveditha thinks she can stay for the entire period of the show.

9:30PM
The eleventh contestant is A V Ravi, a bodybuilder who is a recipient of multiple laurels. He has also been awarded the Ekalavya Award. He is an inspector in the income tax department and is in Bigg Boss to promote natural bodybuilding. Haripriya performs a scintillating dance for Ravi's entrance. A V Ravi enters the stage performing his bodybuilder postures while Haripriya watches over.

9:40PM
No one has come to send Ravi to Bigg Boss. Hence, they connect to his wife on a phone call who sings 'Hosa Belaku' song for him. She seeks the blessings of the almighty for him and wishes him a great run. The verdict of the seniors is 50+ days!

9:45PM
Ravi enters the home. Housemates are seen savouring their dinner. All housemates welcome Ravi.

9:50PM
The next contestant is a modern farmer, Shashikumar with a M.Sc. in agriculture. He also knows multiple folklore artforms such as Dollu Kunitha, Veeragase, etc. He enters the stage with one such outstanding performance. He is from Kolar.

9:55PM
Shashi Kumar wants to untag farmers from terms such as suicide, torn clothes and poverty. He is here to rebrand agriculturists and agriculture. He wants to inspire the youth to take up agriculture as their profession.

10:00PM
Sudeep decides to withhold Shashi Kumar's entrance and asks him to be seated and wait for the next contestant. The next contestant is techie, Reema who works in an IT company. She is addicted to phone and social media. Sudeep calls upon Shashi and asks Reema to teach him dance. Reema calls him 'cute' while Shashi blushes. Both Shashi and Reema dance to the song, 'Maaya.. Maaya' and enter Bigg Boss house together.

10:10PM
Shashi and Reema enter the beautiful Bigg Boss House. Andy is seen spraying 'holy water' on all contestants. Reema is unsure of whom the chocolate bowl given my Sudeep is to be handed over to.

10:15PM
The next housemate is Naveen Sajju, a singer popularly known for songs from Lucia and 'Hoguma hoguma, longu drivu hoguma'.  He sings C Ashwath's Taravalla Tagi Ninna and his songs from Lucia and other movies and entertains the audiences. Will he relive Chandan Shetty's legacy by composing spontaneous songs and entertaining co-contestants and the viewers?

10:25PM
Naveen says he'll be a good person inside the house to his mother and enters the home. All housemates greet him casually while a few sing, 'Enne namdu, oota nimdu' and welcome him aboard.

10:35PM
Sneha Acharya is the next person to enter the house, known for her moves on Dancing Star. Her foreign would-be wishes her all the best in the introduction video and she requests the viewers to wish her Good Luck.

10:40PM
Sneha Acharya shakes her leg with her fiancé on a romantic number. She explains her stand against gender inequality and says sexism irritates her. Bigg Boss seniors are of the opinion that it's difficult for her to survive in the house.

10:50PM
The next contestant is a BMTC conductor, Anand Malagatti from Yadagiri. Sudeep has fun listening to his love story. His wife gets emotional since they'll have to separated for three months. Anand entertains viewers singing a song and then enters the house.
He seems to be entertaining... but there is a thin line that could turn entertainment to irritation.

11:00PM
Nayana Puttaswamy of Pyate Hudgir Halli Lifu fame is the 17th contestant. It's just been three months since her marriage with Charan, a stem cell biologist. She's here for an adventure ride. Will it be the adventure ride she's looking forward to, or will Bigg Boss present to her a de trop roller coaster?

11:10PM
The final contestant is Dhanraj, a struggling actor. He claims to be entertaining, social and warm hearted. He performs impressions of multiple actors and politicians. He's done multiple voiceovers and dubbing. His software engineer wife shares their love story with Sudeep. His family bid a teary eyed farewell to him and hoped to see him after 3 months.

11:20PM
The last housemate enters the Bigg Boss house and everyone pleasantly greet him.
Sudeep says a goodbye to his viewers and retreats from stage, promising to meet everyone next Saturday.

The house is now full. 18 housemates. 18 strangers. 18 different personalities.  The house has been locked. It's now GAME TIME! :)

Bigg Boss Kannada all set for its 6th edition

Gear up for another power packed gig of emotions, comedy, romance and action coming your way - Viacom 18 is all set to launch the 6th edition of its big ticket show, Bigg Boss Kannada on Colors Super. The show has opened its gates to commoners this season as well and interested people can now register themselves on Voot. 

While the channel has continued to hunt for celebrities for this season, it is expected that the house will have a perfect blend with an equal number of celebrities and commoners as its housemates. Kiccha Sudeep will continue to host the show as always and has already shot the promos for this season. While there are already speculations and conjectures about who's going to be on the show, the channel has continued to stay tight-lipped about it and will reveal the housemates only at its premiere. The show is expected to launch mid-October and people of Karnataka can't wait to see the show (and Sudeep) hit back their television screens.
